Arrowlitix ("we", "our", or "the app") is an archery scoring application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
2. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive:
- Email address — used for account identification and login
- Display name — pre-filled during onboarding (you can change it)
- Profile picture — from your Google account
Information you provide directly:
- Full name, phone number, date of birth
- Bow type and role (archer, coach, or organiser)
- Archery scores, arrow positions, round data, and notes
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the scoring service
- To display your performance statistics and history
- To enable coach-archer and team relationships
- To generate shareable scorecards when you choose to share
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on cloud servers (Neon PostgreSQL hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Your Google OAuth tokens are handled by NextAuth.js and are never stored in our database.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Your data is shared only when:
- You explicitly create a share link for a round or profile
- A coach views their linked archers' performance (with your consent)
- An organiser views team member data (with your consent)
- Required by law or legal process
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth — for authentication
- Vercel — for hosting
- Neon — for database hosting
Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your scoring data

8. Children's Privacy
Arrowlitix may be used by archers of all ages. For users under 13, we recommend parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
