Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Arrowlitix ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Arrowlitix is an archery scoring application that allows archers, coaches, and organisers to:

• Record and track archery scores round by round
• Mark arrow positions on a virtual target face
• Analyze performance with statistics and visualizations
• Share scorecards and performance data
• Manage coach-archer and team relationships

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the app
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• You must provide accurate information during onboarding
• You may not create multiple accounts
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, or have parental consent

4. User Roles

The app supports three roles:

• Archer — can record scores, view stats, and share performance
• Coach — can link with archers (with their consent) and view/compare performance
• Organiser — can create teams, manage members, and oversee competitions

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent scoring data
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the app

6. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of your scoring data and content
• You grant us a license to store, display, and process your data to provide the service
• You are responsible for the accuracy of scores you record
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service

7. Sharing and Visibility

When you create a share link, the shared data becomes accessible to anyone with that link. You are responsible for controlling who you share links with. Share links may expire after 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss of data or inability to access the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Arrowlitix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any).

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
